Buying a house is never easy... unless you work with Mero. He has been, by far, the best thing that happened to my partner and me during our house hunt. Choosing a realtor can be a very difficult choice. We initially went with one who was not able to sell our house in a timely manner. After listing with Mero, we received an offer 2 weeks later. Mero is committed to his work, he always answered all our questions, and was happy to do whatever he could to help us out. Extremely professional! We would not hesitate to use Mero again!

Myself and spouse meet Mero after our preapproval was obtained. Mero has a simple way of explaining the steps of home ownership, we did not feel pressurized at any point just to make a sale. He was always available to answer our questions and he was very personable, it never felt like we were talking to an agent, it felt like we were talking to a friend because we felt comfortable around him. He "held" our hands from the first day until the closing date, always checking in to find out if we needed any help and providing suggestions on how to present our offer. Even though it was our first home purchase, it was a smooth process for us partly because of the simplicity and expertise of Mero.
